About Me! Who Am I?
Hi I’m Zoë Chen. Holistic Nutritionist, Habit Coach and ex yo-yo dieter. 

Yup, even I wasn’t safe from the dieting industry. 

For decades I was jumping from one “healthy eating plan” to another. 

Every morning, my mood for the day would be dictated by the number on the scale.

I was constantly obsessed with what I was eating and feeling like garbage when I succumbed to binge-eating certain indulgences (yes, I love my wine, cheese and chocolate too). 

I know about all the struggles because I’ve been there, and done it all...

I guide and support health minded women to break through the weight loss plateau, keep off the fluff for good, so they can get back to loving their body again. 

I created a methodology to help women fix their metabolism, have a healthy relationship with food, without obsessing and feeling guilty over food choices. A way that is realistic and sustainable, so they can live life to the fullest, crush their goals and feel amazing in the body they have always dreamed of!
